I’m Lynn, a country girl from rural Pennsylvania Amish country. My family has been farming this area for almost 300 years. My grandma grew up on a farm during the Great Depression. When I was little she taught me from-scratch PA Dutch cooking, gardening, canning, and folk remedies. Since then I’ve learned quite a bit about other food preservation techniques, foraging, and herbal medicine.
